Completely new foam core deck in 2004. Rebuilt inboard engine in
2005. Fully rigged for racing/cruising, lines run to cockpit, new
harken hardware, new halyards, all new deck fittings, autohelm
tiller, Raymarine Bi-data, 5 sails, fully batten main, collapsable
cradle. 2004 survey. Boat name/logo stays with owner, former boat

- 5 sails (one spare main), new main, new storm jib (no jib furling), genoa and thin, light jib for light winds. We won a couple of regattas a few years ago on my " Obsession"... - yes this is her name.
- There are new cushions, for the main births for back / sides and bottom, and for the front V birth, for back / sides and bottom, as well as for the cockpit.
- The engine, long shaft outboard - Johnson 9.9 has been recently tuned up, and checked at the cost of 850$ last winter, it is still under warranty for one year. Although she has not been used much, due to age electronic unit had to be replaces, and water pump, spark plugs, carburetor tune up, etc. So the engine is like brand new, not used much. there is still original paint on him. Although it is I think 1980-85 production model.
- Bilge pump, automatic engine compartment pump, new battery (bought last season),
- I have replaced windows, nice darkened lexan, so now you can see something from the inside.
- All lights work, just the gauges need some work. No VHF though.
- Rigging is in a good standing, I have replaced two shrouds for new, after I noticed two wires broken, it is about 40-60 dollars per shroud at KLACKO in Oakville.
She is nice, clean, ready to sail, well
maintained, but as an older boat, not everything looks brand new. Every
winter she is covered with tarp, mast down, and every spring the hull is
painted under the water line. Asking $6800-7200 range, negotiable. There are
6 tripods, that she stands on during the winter included as well.
